Technology and Infrastructure

Simple Compliance is developed using modern, standards based, web application development frameworks. This provides a solution which is secure, flexible and scalable.

The resilience of the solution is of utmost importance to us. Key points in relation to this include:

  • Our live servers are monitored by automated monitoring software 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day.
  • The systems are backed rigorously and backups are encrypted and kept externally to the originating server.
  • The server hardware is backed by a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
  • The data centres used are UK based and manned 24/7 365 days a year.

Security

We also ensure the security of your data, with specific functions including:

  • All data between the server and client device is encrypted.
  • Our system has passed penetration testing by world leading independent security consultants.
  • Logins are issued at an individual level which provides enhanced security and provides an audit trail of user activity.
  • Our data centres have ISO 27001 security certification
