The Simple Compliance Asbestos module is a groundbreaking asbestos management and surveying system used by companies such as Marks and Spencer, and G4S Facilities Management.

Unlike other asbestos systems on the market place, the Simple Compliance Asbestos module is written and developed from a duty-holder’s perspective, ensuring you can efficiently manage the asbestos within your estate and share up-to-date information with staff and contractors.

The software also provides comprehensive surveying functionality (compliant with HSE guidelines) and your asbestos surveys can be completed directly into the system, ensuring your asbestos registers are updated automatically and instantly after survey sign-off.

The module holds all information needed for a traditional asbestos "register", but then allows you to store additional information, for instance building certificates and air monitoring paperwork, to ensure you have all your asbestos related information in one place. All your historic information, for example for removals and demolitions, are also held centrally to support you in any future claims.

Intuitive dashboards and reports make it very easy for you to see the current state of your asbestos compliance, manage remedial actions and monitor the surveying workload.

Remedial Action Management

Remedial actions can be generated at any point during a survey. These are then automatically emailed to the appropriate person, and tracked through to completion.

A central view allows you to see where remedial actions are required and then manage the associated risks.

Surveying

Simple Compliance Asbestos allows your surveying companies to survey directly into the system. This includes an initial ‘draft’ phase and then a quality assurance review to ensure only accurate information is published. Inspections are given calculated risk scores which can be configured to those used by your company.

You can plan and manage all of your reinspections from within the system, and allow smaller, low-risk reinspections to be completed in-house, freeing up your time to focus on high risk activities.

Published surveys are available to view instantly online by anyone with the appropriate permissions. Simple Compliance Asbestos also integrates with internal CAFM systems (such as FSI) for maintenance work.
